One of the most important things to do in Marvel Future Fight is to get a single character to max level, currently level 60, as soon as possible. This helps you complete higher level missions easier and level your remaining team faster. It also gives you that signature powerful character that you can use in different types of missions such as timeline battles, team-up plays, battleworld, alliance battle, special events and more.
The number one thing you can do to achieve a level 60 character in Marvel Future Fight is FOCUS. It is really hard to achieve a max level character when you are bouncing around from character to character. So my suggestion is to find four characters total that you are going to work on, one Combat (Red), one Speed (Green), one Blast (Blue), and one Purple (Universal).
Wait, you just said focus on one character and now you’re telling me to pick four? The reason I have you choose one in each character type is because you’ll normally be using a team of three in most events anyway. In addition, you’ll be acquiring Norn Stones for each of the four character types, so I highly suggest using those stones only on your main four characters (one in each type) as you’re leveling up. This also gives you variety and depth in certain game types, like timeline battles.
When selecting your four characters to level, I also suggest selecting characters that are powerful in the game. To find out which characters are powerful in-game, simply look at what other people are playing. If you see a lot of high level players using Yellowjacket, Green Goblin, War Machine, Spider-Man, Giant Man, Vision, etc., there is probably a reason. The characters are probably good characters to use.
Conversely, if you don’t see many high level players using characters like Doctor Octopus, Drax, Hawkeye, Rocket Raccoon, etc., there is probably a reason. There are always other factors, like sometimes a character is just really hard to acquire biometrics for, it’s a newer character, or something else. But typically finding good, powerful characters is simple. Just look and see what other high level players are using.
One helpful hint too is choose characters you want to play. If Yellowjacket is the “best” Blast character out there but you hate him, then choose another Blast character to play that you like. Each character type has multiple “good” characters. Choosing a team that you enjoy playing is a key component to having fun in the game.
Another helpful hint is choose characters that are easy to farm biometrics for. Typically those are characters that have special missions or story missions where you can acquire their biometrics. Some characters have both making them really easy to farm biometrics for. Characters that have biometrics available in rifts aren’t too bad either. Characters that have biometrics that you must get from shifters, chests, battleworld, or purchase from are generally the hardest to acquire overall.
If you really want to focus on making a great team, find four characters that can combine into different teams and receive Team Bonuses. This isn’t necessary, but it is a nice thing to think about when you are working on building your high level characters.
Once you’ve selected your four characters, you want to make sure those characters are powerful. Use your Norn Stones to make sure they are fully mastered. What I mean by this is mastering their leadership abilities. Make sure they have all red stars and no yellow stars. This increases their statistics and makes their leaderships skills the best they can possibly be.
You’ll also want to max out their skills using gold, make sure that they have good ISO-8’s, max out their gear, and equip something in their fifth gear slot once they reach level 30. I highly recommend the Dodge Booster for almost all characters. Right now the Dodge Booster (listed as “Booster: Dodge”) is completely broken. There is almost no reason to choose anything other than that for your fifth gear slot.
If the character you choose has a uniform available find a way to get it. This automatically increases the character’s statistics and also gives them some additional power bonus. If the character doesn’t have a uniform available, that’s okay. The game is constantly releasing new uniforms for characters so just keep an eye out for one on the characters you have chosen and purchase them when you can.
Really focus on getting one character to level 60 as soon as possible. Getting one character to level 60 will allow you to complete higher level missions, which earns you experience faster, garners you higher level equipment and components, and allows you to compete against higher level competition, thus earning greater rewards. It also makes it easier to develop additional max level characters faster.
A few suggestions for leveling your characters are:
– Do higher level (harder) missions to get better experience points.
– Always use the characters you are focusing on.
– Buy the “Triple Exp Booster” if you want to spend crystals.
Getting a character to level 60 in Marvel Future Fight takes time, consistency, and patience. Once you get the first one done, the remaining ones come a lot quicker since you can complete higher level missions. In addition, you’ve already learned how to play the game and what it takes to reach max level. After getting your first level 60, you’ll want to get your second and third as soon as possible. This will give you a full three character team at max level. This should make you a formidable foe in any player versus environment (PvE) battles, player versus player (PvP) battles and allow you to experience Marvel Future Fight at the highest level.
